The energy producers of a tree are leaves. The green pigment called chlorophyll plays the most important role for producing energy in trees. It absorbs atmospheric carbon-dioxide and uses sunlight to produce energy thus reducing the level of carbon-dioxide. Every person who went to school knows this but the sad thing is, every person in this world is involved in deforestation directly or indirectly.
